In this collection, elongated ovals have inspired variations where differing textures, plain forms, ajourees, oxidized or polished silver permit a personal signature through diversity, as well as, continuity. This exploration has been facilitated through the use of pearls and semi-precious stones in certain pieces of the collection. The results are pieces whose delicate and pure lines evoke a classic style while maintaining a modern sensibility.
Julie is a 2003 graduate of L'école de joaillerie de Montreal where she was awarded an Honourable Mention, as well as, a runner-up for the Grand Prize at the Métiers d'art graduates by the Conseil des Métiers d'Art du Québec.
Julie lives and works in Montreal.
