After earning a Master's degree in Germany, Karl Vigelius moved to Toronto in the early 1970s to work as a designer at one of Canada's leading jewellery manufacturers. Karl's focus has been on developing his unique style and on getting to know his customers. His artistic sensibility and technical excellence have earned him the coveted De Beers Diamond Today Award on three occasions. In 1999, Karl Vigelius and Kartini Rivers formed Vigelius & Co. to enable Karl to realize his full artistic potential.
