Throughout time, jewelry has contained magic, mystery, compromise, romanticism….
Mariel’s artistic expression consists of capturing these sensations and immortalizes them in her creations through the harmonization of colours, shapes and metals.
Her unceasing research into different artistic disciplines such as sculpture, painting, chasing metals, glass, enamel and photography has allowed her to find her own language in the art that she masters: the jewelry world.
In 1991 she finished her studies at the "High School of Jewel" in Buenos Aires, Argentina and continued her education receiving a diploma as Specialist in enameling on precious metals.
Mariel moved to Montréal and became a professional member of the Conseil de métiers d’art du Quebéc.
Her work is exhibited throughout the Americas and Europe. Mariel likes to make jewels with personality, a kind of mirror of the soul with feelings.
