In 1991 Yael received a B.A. from Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem, Israel studying gold and silversmithing. She has been exhibiting her work internationally including exhibitions in England, Holland, Israel, Japan, as well as, SOFA - Sculpture objects Functional Art exhibitions in both New York and Chicago.
While on a sailing trip, and wanting to work Yael developed a technique of knitting small glass beads around forms to create colourful and unique pieces of jewellery.
Yael lives in Vernon, British Columbia.
