Trained as a goldsmith in Transylvania, Zsolt Szekely immigrated to Canada in 1999. He was excited to discover an opportunity existed for him to re-establish himself as a jeweller. His work emphasizes contrasts of shapes and multiple tones by using texture and oxidization techniques. With extensive experience in chain-making, Zsolt has adapted some of the methods and designs he learned back home to yield both classic and innovative results. All his pieces are hand-fabricated and distinct. Zsolt resides and works as a jeweller in Toronto.
